Detlef, I think you are mistaken. I checked the normalize package for openSUSE 11.2 and there is no dependency with gtk1 as far as I can see: rpm -qp --requires normalize-0.7.7-0.pm.1.1.x86_64.rpm warning: normalize-0.7.7-0.pm.1.1.x86_64.rpm: Header V3 DSA/SHA1 Signature, key ID 9a795806: NOKEY rpmlib(PayloadFilesHavePrefix) <= 4.0-1 rpmlib(CompressedFileNames) <= 3.0.4-1 /usr/bin/perl libaudiofile.so.0()(64bit) libc.so.6()(64bit) libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.2.5)(64bit) libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.3)(64bit) libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.3.4)(64bit) libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.4)(64bit) libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.7)(64bit) libm.so.6()(64bit) libm.so.6(GLIBC_2.2.5)(64bit) libmad.so.0()(64bit) rpmlib(PayloadIsLzma) <= 4.4.6-1 As far as I know, normalize is a command line tool. BTW, what is the use of having gnormalize ( agraphical frontend for normalize) in the packman repository but not normalize? Regards, Erwin NB: CC to Henne Vogelsang <[email protected]> who happens to be the packager of normalize for openSUSE 11.2. -- Erwin Lam ([email protected]) _______________________________________________ Packman mailing list [email protected] http://lists.links2linux.de/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/packman
