Ok, I've walked the walk and ldd'ed/rpm -qp --provide'd all the lib*
RPMs that spawn from ffmpeg and added the explicit Requires: for exactly
that %{version}-%{release}
Hopefully that'll avoid running into such issues in the future.

Nah, my bad, it was built _with_ faac support.
I turned it off for now, needs clarification whether that's actually a
badass feature everybody needs. Or not.
