Looks like it was a refresh issue :)

However I now see the following error;

OpenCV Error: Unspecified error (unicap: failed to open device) in 
CvCapture_Unicap::initDevice,
file /usr/src/packages/BUILD/OpenCV-2.1.0/src/highgui/cvcap_unicap.cpp, line 142

Strange to be looking in /usr/src/packages/BUILD/OpenCV-2.1.0
