Give the packman repo a higher priority, then packages with lower
checkin or
build counts are still used.
Besides that, IMHO this bug belongs more to packman than
bugzilla.novell.com.
Please report it there.
Just as an idea: Maybe the packman packager can add a
Provides: mjpegtools-packman = $version
to mjpegtools. Kmediafactory could then explicitely require the packman
version. However, I'm not sure if this solution is a good idea because
it will
restrict you to the packman package.
