could somebody explain the rational of Packman repos for Evergreen 11.1,
that are in fact unusable due to an invalid signature format?

While it is possible to install packages without checking the signature
manually, this results in a damaged rpm database.
These repos would be very useful for another year at least, but not in
this form. Could this be resolved somehow without much effort on your
side? (I haven't looked into the BS signer, but no other repo suffers
from these obstacles.
