Damn, you're right. I did some more digging around and found that it's only the k3bsetup part that needs KDE >= 4.3.85. I adapted the spec file to build without it on any platform that has KDE < 4.3.85, which works for Evergreen 11.2 (aka openSUSE 11.2). However, k3b 2.0.2 also requires KDE >= 4.3.0. The problem here is that we build against SLE11, not SLE11SP1 (and even then, I'm not sure the SLE11SP1 repo on build.o.o has the updates, though it probably has).
