Has faced such problem arising at start of package Cinelerra: the Russian-speaking menu of the program (the screenshot see) is incorrectly displayed. I use OpenSUSE 11.4 x86_64. At different forums, has found out that the given problem meets still since OpenSUSE 10.3, but the description of the decision of the given problem - hasn't found.
