For some time now mjpegtools has been at conflict with
gstreamer-0_10-plugins-bad
For a little while you maintained both version 1.9 and 2. of mjpegtools

But I now see you dropped 1.9
Yet it's not possible to update gstreamer-0_10-plugins-bad and maintain
packman as the provider, as can be seen from the error below.
