I am trying to install and use Arista Transcoder in openSUSE, but some
update recently broke it. I have filed bug report with Arista and
openSUSE and it seems the problem is with pacman not installing
plugins/codecs.
How to reproduce
1. Install Arista in openSUSE 12.1
2. Try to run and it throws error

The error it throws is
Cannot add conversion to queue because of missing elements!
I then tried to install plugins from openSUSE's repo
http://opensuse-community.org/Restricted_formats/12.1
and then
http://www.muktware.com/articles/3276/how-install-arista-transcoder-opensuse
Now when I try to transcode a movie in Droidx (format for Android
tablets) it throws error:
Conversion of The_Iron_Lady.mp4 to Generic Android Droid X failed!
Reason: Unable to construct pipeline! no property "profile" in element
"faac0"
Can you please help?
