I contacted someone and made a huge mirror for Packman, I mean "huge" because it can afford the bandwidth coming from all over China. It's also an openSUSE mirror. So anyone can tell how to add it to our official mirror list and make it controllable by our monitor? It can accept IPv6 rsync, IPv6/4 ftp and http.
