So avidemux 2.5 is better for frame-based jobs, while avidemux 2.6 is better for time-code-based jobs. And avidemux 2.6 still does not support partial filters, which are an absolute must be!
If theirs need for avidemux 2.6, (I use it for HD preprocess) please make an additional package avidemux3 but please do not replace avidemux 2.5! Regards Markus
