If fam is in conflict with gamin, don't put Conflicts line in spec file. fam and gamin specs provide that info already. If You need to change only gamin to fam, You should use: -BuildRequires: gamin-devel +BuildRequires: fam-devel This time, I'm gonna decline Your rq.
