That's correct, and that's the reason why libfaac suport has it's own 
switch in the spec file, which is disabled by default. It makes it easy 
to rebuild with enabled suport, but we can't provid this binaries.

Yes, and it will be set if you switch on libfaac switch.

Right, if you want to rebuild local* with enabled support, it's your 
decision, but packages breaking the GPL mustn't be redistributed.
