I have seem many posts about "packman is down" in openSUSE mail lists
and forums. It is an issue that the main server is down. Not everybody
is aware of the existence of mirrors, nor where they are.
inose.at *is* a mirror. Its not the main server.
By the way, gwdg.de is terribly slow. I now have fast internet, and I
see packages downloading at almost modem speeds.
