I can't get gstreamer to play mp3 or mpeg4 on openSUSE Leap 42.1. I have switched system packages to Packman (dup'ed from packman) and installed just every conceivable gstreamer plugin.
With Dragon Player (and gstreamer phonon backend), I get audio but no video with mp4 files. With Amarok or gst123 I can't play mp3. Says I'm missing a codec/gstreamer module. (I _can_ play m4a, ogg, flac etc., so GStreamer is not completely broken). If anyone happens to be able to play mp3 and mpeg4 on a Leap system with Packman GStreamer packages, I'd like to see their package list.
