Hi, please build phonon-backend-vlc package (source is https://build.opensuse.org/package/show?project=openSUSE%3AFactory&package=phonon-backend-vlc ) in PackMan repository, because mismatch of vlc and phonon-backend-vlc versions (that come from different repositories) will lead to crash. See: https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=968905 https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=347917 and many duplicates of it.
The biggest problem is with openSUSE 13.2, because Packman provides different version of VLC than official openSUSE 13.2 repo. So PackMan must have phonon-backend-vlc itself. Especially, as VLC is preparing 3.0 version: after building VLC 3.0 in PackMan, phonon-backend-vlc for VLC 2.2.* will chrash whole KDE Plasma! -- Regards _______________________________________________ Packman mailing list [email protected] http://lists.links2linux.de/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/packman
