Hello, I tried to upgrade picard package (from 1.3.2-55.1 to 1.3.2-59.1) from packman multimedia repository <http://packman.inode.at/suse/openSUSE_13.2/> but zypper complained about missing *python-discid* library:
# zypper up picard Loading repository data... Reading installed packages... Resolving package dependencies... Problem: nothing provides python-discid needed by picard-1.3.2-59.1.x86_64 Solution 1: do not install picard-1.3.2-59.1.x86_64 Solution 2: break picard-1.3.2-59.1.x86_64 by ignoring some of its dependencies I attached my /etc/os-release and a dump of 'zypper lr -d'. After some research I found the missing python-discid <http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:/languages:/python/openSUSE_13.2/noarch/python-discid-1.0.2-1.1.noarch.rpm> in OpenSuSE /devel:/languages:/python <http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:/languages:/python/openSUSE_13.2> repo. I suppose that only a few picard user are also python developers so, probably, this dependency will trouble many. Thank you for your work, LLaP, Andrea -- Necessity is the mother of invention ...
