You're too late... ;-) This has already been discussed here: http://lists.links2linux.de/pipermail/packman/2016-October/014732.html In short, this needs the latest ffmpeg2 update to enter Tumbleweed, i.e. time, to be fixed. For now, keep the old vlc packages. Or, ignoring the conflict should work as well, but I cannot guarantee that.
