On OpenSuse Leap 15 the package ffmpeg-3-3.4.4-lp150.9.4.x86_64 doesn't have support for the nvenc encoder - but it had it, up until ffmpeg-3.4.2-lp150.3.1.x86_64.
Is this intentional? What happened?
