Did not know about that program yet, will install it next. As an FYI, I rebooted into Leap 15.2 in the meantime and converted the file successfully. Interestingly, "vlc" still complains about the low audio sample frequency and happily plays back video and audio. Will check again tomorrow on 15.3. > Regards Cheers. l8er manfred
