openSUSE
    replacing gstreamer-plugins-bad-1.18.5-6.2.x86_64 from vendor

I simply branched the package "gstreamer-plugins-bad" from
openSUSE.org:multimedia:libs to my home repo home:manfred.h as
A_tw-gstreamer-plugins-bad and rebuilt it for TW. Now the same "zypper
dup" runs through without any issue. Could it be that the package
"Essentials/A_tw-gstreamer-plugins-bad" needs an explicit build trigger?
PMBS currently talks about some issue:

Unresolvable: nothing provides libfdk-aac2(x86-64) = 2.0.0-2.1 needed by
libfdk-aac-devel, (got version 2.0.2-1.14 provided by libfdk-aac2)

Interestingly it *is* resolvable in my home repo.

HTH, TIA.

Cheers.
