It is not a build problem, but a problem with yt-dlp itself (source).

yt-dlp-2023.06.21-lp154.54.1.noarch.rpm,
yt-dlp-bash-completion-2023.06.21-lp154.54.1.noarch.rpm,
yt-dlp-fish-completion-2023.06.21-lp154.54.1.noarch.rpm,
yt-dlp-fish-completion-2023.06.21-lp154.54.1.noarch.rpm,

These 4 files within here will help you.

Ah. I can try that. [...] Yes, it worked, thanks.

Of cource, you can execute;

   # yt-dlp --update

No. I said that running the resulting program produces an exception, wants Python 3.7 (it is using 3.6).
