Wie wäre es damit?
$ rm -rf ~/.avidemux3
Für den Fall, dass Sie sich wundern, ich deinstalliere alle
python2.7-bezogenen Dateien, weil python2.7 EOL ist.

Danke für den Tip, ich hatte die Home Verzeichnisse von avidemux bereits
gelöscht (es waren bei mir zwei, eines zusätzlich von einer älteren
Version ) .
Hat aber nichts gebracht ...
