Latest Mesa-24.1.1-1699.383 released yesterday on packman breaks all
GUIs (wayland and X11) on all AMD gpus. Please follow SUSE release
Mesa-24.1.1-385.1 and apply fix: - Disable LTO for AMD64 to fix this.

Workaround: disable packman repo and use only suse till packman releases
fixed mesa packages.
Please hurry up. Mesa-24.1.1-1699.383 released yesterday makes any
desktop unusable.
