I couldn't find anyone else talking about this. Please let me know if
there is a better place to report this kind of issue in the future.
I seem to have solved it today by pulling
perl-rpm-packaging into Slowroll that included the i586 package.
This allowed Packman builds to happen.
I expect it to get to mirrors soon.
