Actions need to take place at the package level... Once I saw that this
bloody CMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_MINIMUM can be specified as an environment
variable, I now changed the following packages to add

  export CMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_MINIMUM=3.5

to their .spec file:

  handbrake
  kodi
  kodi.binary-addons

The A_sr-cmake and A_tw-cmake packages have been build disabled, their
binaries have been wiped, and I'm going to nuke the packages, too.

This however means, that remaining packages failing due to cmake-4 need
to be fixed separately!

Cheers.
