What happened to AMF (Advanced Media Framework, AMD GPU video encoding)
support in ffmpeg-8? ffmpeg-7 packages have it, but in ffmpeg-8 it is no
longer available.
Previously I was able to (and regularly) used the various *_amf
encoders, but I am unable to now. I use them because they offer much
more control over the equivalent *_vulkan or *_vaapi encoders.
