Greetings.
There appears to be an ongoing issue with system upgrades, this time
related to VLC. Although there have since been more snapshots released,
this is currently still blocking successful operations. Most curiously,
Problem 1 repeats itself after Problem 3:
sudo zypper refresh
[sudo] password for root:
Repository 'Main Update Repository' is up to date.
Repository 'Fonts (openSUSE_Tumbleweed)' is up to date.
Repository 'Main Repository (NON-OSS)' is up to date.
Repository 'Main Repository (OSS)' is up to date.
Repository 'google-chrome' is up to date.
Repository 'Packman' is up to date.
Repository 'Open H.264 Codec (openSUSE Tumbleweed)' is up to date.
All repositories have been refreshed.
sudo zypper dup

Hello,
I had the same problem and solved it by removing via yast
phonon_vlc_lang and phonon-vlc-qt6
Thereafter zypper dup worked without problem.
Regards
Philippe
