Hi everybody,
on openSUSE Tumbleweed I have troubles installing the package in subj.
The problem is that it depends on libgimp-2.0, but Tumbleweed comes with
libgimp-3.0.
See here the output of 'sudo zypper in gimp-plugin-heif':

Solution 1: do not install
gimp-plugin-heif-1.1.0+git20191012.d6bea52-1699.2.pm.90.x86_64
Solution 2: break
gimp-plugin-heif-1.1.0+git20191012.d6bea52-1699.2.pm.90.x86_64 by ignoring
some of its dependencies
And the output of 'zypper se libgimp':
