The problem seems to be that in the old package /usr/lib/klibc/include/asm is a symlink to another directory which contains these files. In the new package, this symlink is replaced by a directory. pacman thinks that there are file conflicts, while there are none. I cannot find a viable workaround for this.
Thanks for the report, this is a known issue: http://www.archlinux.org/pipermail/pacman-dev/2008-July/012465.html
We also have pactests for this as a reminder. Bye P.S.: This is quite difficult to fix... ------------------------------------------------------ SZTE Egyetemi Konyvtar - http://www.bibl.u-szeged.hu This message was sent using IMP: http://horde.org/imp/ _______________________________________________ pacman-dev mailing list [email protected] http://archlinux.org/mailman/listinfo/pacman-dev
