I am not a big fan of this terminology (one more --sysupgrade for
downgrade?), but I didn't want to introduce a new --sysdowngrade flag,
because "downgrade only" would cause more pain than benefit imho.

As usual, I slightly modified the patch in my repo. Namely, I've pushed
this into one line:

>"  -u, --sysupgrade     upgrade all packages that are out of date"
>"                       (-uu enables package downgrade)"

to "upgrade all outdated packages (-uu enables downgrade)".
