Hi: I don't know so well if this is the place for making requests. If it is, here it goes:
pacman prints post-install messages when a package is installed, the problem is that when you install a lot of packages the messages pass and you don't see it. Could it be a feature like the one in gentoo that prints all the messages together at the end of the installation process. ?
