Add quotes around 'bzr help revisionspec' to make it clearer that
this is a command to be run.

This makes the man page output look like:

   bzr
       revision (see 'bzr help revisionspec' for details)

which seems good to me...  but I am not sure whether other generated
versions of the documentation will look fine.
