FYI, add comments like "This is a resubmission..."  under the three
hyphens above so it does not get included on the final commit message.

Anyway, it looks like everything I mentioned has been deal with.
Anybody else have comments here?  This should remove a lot of confusion
from our output (particularly with the default "/" root).
