Would there be any interest in checking the archlinux.org RSS feed (https://www.archlinux.org/feeds/news/) for new posts since the last time the user updated their system, and warning them as they proceed?
Considerations: - Allow an alternate RSS source to be selected - Enabled or disabled by default? - How to parse XML - do we want an additional dependency? Drew DeVault
