The "killer feature" it has ATM is select all but the latest :)

I think that can be done via delete all but the last $n (where $n is set with 
some input field/dropdown perhaps)

This will be a sort of over engineering and not quite possible without some 
data feedback from pause itself, and if pause supplies such a thing then this 
can be better implemented inside pause code instead of a GM script :)
