I also like the idea of fixing this issue but
0) What happens if the same file has also changed in the editor and is
in an unsaved state?
1) What will happen if the user hits "save all" ?
2) When running a script one could theoretically (I think it is not
yet implemented) configure padre to save all files all save all
project files before running the script.
What will happen then?
