One thing we should certainly do is remove the "Why are you installing
this" popup, or delay it until the 2nd or 3rd or maybe 5th time Padre
is launched.

I've already encountered one person who was using Padre in a
non-English country, but didn't speak the language.

Not only couldn't he find his way to changing the language, but the
popup dialog wasn't in a language he knew.

Work needed there I think...
