Preparing a new releases requires a semi-trivial effort of reviewing 
the diff since the last packaged release and updating 
(upgrading/packaging anew) any new dependencies. I have done this for 
0.63->0.72 and the only remaining point is the one above. Once I have 
the information about the distribution conditions of wxwidget.pod, 
I can release the package right away.

Having lagged behind Padre releases makes me unwilling to delay the 
almost ready package more than necessary. Having a recent release 
packaged would also make the job of preparing 0.74 easier.
