Hi, I think perhaps the 3 part version number is a problem. Changes have been made to repository, but you will have to do a refresh
ppm remove Padre ppm repo add wxperl http://www.wxperl.co.uk/repository ppm repo sync --force wxperl ppm install Padre Let me know how you get on.
