Hi, Please install App::cpanminus which is by the way is a Padre dependency (Alias++) :)
cpanm Parse::ErrorString::Perl cpan minus is smart enough to download the latest directly from search.cpan.org when it becomes available. Sorry for any inconvenience, Ahmad M.
