Hi, This is mainly a continuation of http://padre.perlide.org/trac/ticket/1063
The problem affects 23 plugins. I have prepared a commit that removes .po and .pot files from MANIFEST.SKIP. Should I commit? How do I help further so that the fixed distributions hit CPAN?
