Curtis Jewell is the man who built those packages.
I am not sure if he is on our list so you might want to contact him directly.

He recently blogged http://csjewell.dreamwidth.org/19032.html about
the upcoming release of Strawberry Perl and I hope that will also lead
to a new version of Padre.


I think we should have an easy way to build a stand-alone Padre distribution for
Windows (and for Linux and Mac too).
