Any reasons while we shouldn't put an empty one (only package definition) into the dev environment, maybe as Padre-Plugin-Dev-WxCustom/lib/Wx/Loader/Custom.pm?
dev --die -a would insert the "pseudo-plugin" lib dir into @INC and developers wouldn't see this message. "Real" users shouldn't see it anyway, because they don't have a --die switch.
