OK, I think that raises a fair point.

One of the strengths of any editor for me is the search function,
Notepad++ has regex searching which is just great.

While the improvement to the threading/Task manager is worthy of a
release, I think the major frontend and likely a fairly visible
component being the search should also be fixed up and 'production
ready' before the next release.

What's say the next release is contingent upon Search being fixed.

That way, we can get some focus on the issue and solve it.
