I'm currently slowly grinding away on converting the last of the
dialogs over to wxFormBuilder and polishing various search and
refactoring things.

With the exception of some fixes needed to allow the FormBuilder
plugin work for the public at large, I'm not in any particular hurry
to see anything in the change list in production.

There is, however, this item to consider.

    - Move back from badly conceived "Smart" gettext usage to a more regular
usage at the urging of the translation team (ADAMK)

This changes a shitload of strings in the FBP files, and means a fair
whack of (relatively easy I hope) translation changes.

I very much like the idea of making the next release a translation
freeze so translators have a good couple of months during the last two
releases to do a really thorough job (with an understanding we won't
change strings as much after that).

Since I haven't had the chance to finish writing the
language/capitalisation manual section yet, let alone going through
and enforcing it, plus I accidentally destroyed a ton of &Shortcuts, I
would quite like enough time to finish this (after I finish up with
the last wxFormBuilder conversions).

Once we've finished the language and &Shortcut sweeps, I think we do
the release then. Unless more people find some big chunks of time to
work on this during the holidays, I think we're looking at a mid to
late January release.
