Hi Anatolii, starting is actually quite easy.
I would suggest you start using Padre for your Perl development activities. I am quite sure that after some time there will be things that annoy you, or where you have ideas how to do it differently. Get the latest Padre source from the subversion repository (instructions on the website/wiki), and join the conversation on IRC. In case you have specific questions, ask on IRC or here on the list.
