Actually I replied to the very first mail about this.
Also some people who wrote me offering their help got answers.
So they know I am around.

I am just busy.

... and actually also frustrated by the voice these mails from Kevin.
I have not sent my reply to the most recent one as I did not know how to
write it nicely.

Anyway, I set up a new server already - (read: I am already paying for it)
and I plan to move all the Padre related stuff over there.
(SVN, Trac, web-site, Hyppolit, cron jobs)

I am sorry that it takes such a long time.

I am also sure if people wanted to hack on Padre, they could do it as
the SVN works.
