First I need to iterate that I have no interest, regarding the spat,
that caused this. nor do I want to know what it is about, or attribute
blame in any way.
Second being purely logical, I think that as Padre, The Perl IDE, is a
perl module, It's IRC should live under perl.org.
hence #padre on irc.perl.org gets my vote
