First observation is that we do not have Blacklists enabled

we need dnspython <http://www.dnspython.org/> 0.4.8
easy_install dnspython
I also noticed that our Blacklists don't all appear in
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_DNS_blacklists
from http://www.sdsc.edu/~jeff/spam/Blacklists_Compared.html
I think we should follow suite and use the same Blacklist
